First, let's look at what hands to go for.

Find the highest initial hand you have been dealth with in the list below, hold these cards and deal the rest:

For the best chance of success in Video Poker you have to follow some kind of a wagering structure.

Start with 40 units (coins). The wagering will be 1 unit x 4, 2 units x 4, 3 units x 4, 4 units x 4 and 5 units x 3. This will cause you to risk 39 units.

Every time your total units increase, you start again at the beginning of the wagering progression.

For example:
Let's say you start with 40 units. You wager 1 unit and lose. You wager 1 unit and lose again. You wager 1 unit get a full house and win 9 units back. Now your total number of units will be 47 (40-1-1+9).
